The Oren is a luxury retirement living residence in the heart of Hampstead, London. This project has been designed to offer elegance, comfort, and independence in later life. With the help of innovative technology The Oren is setting new standards for retirement living. We are proud to have assisted the team by seamlessly integrating technology throughout the property. The technology we have implemented aims to enhance convenience, safety, and well-being. The Oren offers residents a beautifully connected environment, where luxury and peace of mind go hand in hand.
Intuitive Living Solutions
We worked closely with the design team from the beginning to create a refined design that perfectly aligned with the client's vision. By working with the team at Elysian Residences we ensured every detail was seamlessly integrated into The Oren, creating a space that elevates daily living.
Audio Visual
We delivered a carefully curated audio visual system designed to compliment The Oren’s elegant environment. We installed integrated background audio and distributed video systems throughout resident spaces, including the wellness suite, restaurant & lounge. This helped to create a calming and immersive atmosphere for residents, guests and staff. Our team built a dedicated media room, fitted with high performance AV technology to create a cinematic experience.
Lighting Design & Control
To enhance ambiance and functionality throughout the property’s shared spaces, we implemented a Lutron lighting control system across all common areas and the exterior. Intelligent lighting solutions allow for dynamic scene setting, enhanced energy efficiency and seamless control. These lighting systems are tailored to match the mood and time of day. With the use of lighting, residents feel welcome across the development, and the system’s capabilities assure adaptability and integration with life safety systems.
Satellite & Aerial Distribution
Our team installed a comprehensive satellite and aerial distribution system throughout The Oren. This ensured reliable, high-quality TV and radio reception providing a wide range of national and international broadcasts in private apartments and communal areas. These solutions are designed to enhance everyday living and create future ready spaces.
Design & Installation
The core of The Oren's technology is it's cabling network. We have designed and installed a high end, structured network to support all integrated systems. From AV and lighting to networking and security, this infrastructure ensures premium performance while offering adaptability for future innovation within the property.
Networking
Our team installed a state of the art Cisco Meraki network, this empowers residents and staff with fast, secure connectivity across the whole property. The Cisco Meraki network not only offers impeccable connectivity but also supports modern living and the systems installed seamlessly.
Nurse Call
Working in collaboration with a specialist provider, we designed and installed a Nurse Call life safety system. This system prioritises residents' safety and supports those with greater needs. We implemented a discreet central control panel which can be monitored by the in house team offering immediate response and care when it is needed most.
